Standard

Our standard services provide on or off site scanning, indexing, staple removal and electronically filing documents onto CD or DVD.  Documents can be destroyed with a Certificate of Destruction, and continuing service can be acquired as needed or on a fixed schedule.

Premium

Our premium services include all of the above procedures of the Standard Package, and also includes a Windows Explorer indexed folder set based on the entity that we file under.  For example, by patient, vendor, client, etc...

Enterprise

Our Enterprise solution includes all of the Standard and Premium package solution, and additionally includes the following:

• Complete database of all documents organized and located on your server or computer and accessible by all of the staff you desire, with built in security, retention purging, workflow, versioning and more.

• A web based portal so you and your staff can view the database from anywhere over the internet.  This runs on your computer from your office

All of our projects has a Project Manager assigned to your account.  This enables one point of contact, no matter how large or small the project is.

Billing is presented either at the end of the project, or during the duration depending how large the project is.
